Induction Question

    I am on day 8 of the Atkins and doing really well so far but
    I have come down with a terrible cold/sore throat. Can you
    take dayquil or nyquil liquid caps? I can't find anything in
    the inactive ingredients that says sugar but I'm not sure.
    Does anyone know?

    I personaly would not worry about it as the amount of carbs in gell caps if there is any would be very small.

    Per a website I found, a dose of Nyquil (liquid) contains 19 carbs!!! Contac Day & Night and Contac Severe Cold were recommended, as they contain 0 carbs per dose.
    Vicks provides a toll free number to contact them for questions, if you are unsure, you might want to try calling them & asking.

    Holy crap 19 carbs!!! I tried to call and they were closed.. I will
    have to see what they say tomorrow. Thanks for the info
