So I spent an entire week working out [four days in a row] and then took this past week off to get ready to move. I just didn't have the time this week, what with running back and forth all day long, every day.
But....I lost 5 lbs since the last day I worked out!
That means I'm only a pound away from my Halloween goal, which I set pretty easy just to make myself feel like I could achieve something.
I guess I really can do this whole weight loss thing lol. I don't think I really believed up till now, but I'm really starting to get that glimmer of hope here...
