How do I join a team?

Muffit - the teams are organized every 12 weeks or so, we just started a new challenge so you won't be able to get on a team until the next time around. Keep checking back, the same thing happened to me, I saw the post like 2 days after the last day to join!

Yeah, the other day I saw the flight threads and was like that seems fun. O.O But alas, it was too late.
