There was a certain Leslie Sansone workout on Exercise TV On Demand. I have seen it on this channel a few times, and the last time that I saw it was a few months ago. The attire is 1980's-like...leotards, spandex...the whole nine yards! Does anyone know what workout this is? I have always liked this workout, but I have not seen it featured in awhile!

When I first started working out I found one of Leslie's walk videos for a $1. Anyway, it was a VHS so it was pretty old. It was in the 80's and I could tell by her hair and clothes (they wore sweats in this one) that it was a little outdated. It was a thirty minute workout. I did it for awhile until I could get her dvds. Her more recent stuff is more challenging. But if you really want this workout, I suggest searching for it on VHS.

I've got the 40+ walk and the seniors walk DVDs (from the early Walk Aerobics series on the Current label), they look like that with big hair and tight tights. (I don't worry about their looking dated, though, as long as they work, and I do like them both very well, she doesn't do the kickbacks on those that she does on most of her later videos.) I got the seniors walk from, I think it's the Full of Life catalog (home health care equipment) and the 40+ from Amazon.com. You can get used and discontinued stuff through Amazon, so if it happens that these two particular videos are no longer available you could still find them used or remaindered
