Hi,
I have already lost about 12 lbs so far. I was 162 and am now 150. I am constantly having trouble continuing the loss of weight. I need to get down to about 125 to feel back to my old self from years ago.
But I am confused about calories being moderately active most of the time, but during the Winter time I am more sedentary. Should I eat the same calories of about 1200 even on the days that are way to cold to walk around and do errands etc. or just eat much less because I am not really burning too many calories at this time?
What do you think?

Somehow at post # 230 the math went south. Am I missing something? Looks like it should be at:
( jahjah)8308 + (chunkymonkey)36 + (Red P) 36 + (Ponytail)10 = 8390
Let's see. I started at 208.5, lost 35.5, then gained 5.8 and am at 178.8. So
8505+29.7=8534.7
8534.7 + my 34 (so far) = 8568.7
8568.7 + 12 (ashley) = 8580.7 + 29.6 = 8610.3
