Help!! Purple plan w/lites!!

  • Does anyone have the breakdown of the purple plan with lites??
  • 2 proteins, 4 veg, 3 fruits, 2 starches, 1 dairy, 1 fat, 2 la lites
  • It has changed. It is now 3p, 2dairy, 4 breads, 3 fruits, 4 veggies
  • I am on the OLD version (dated 4/1/07) of purple w/ lites and it is:
    2 p, 3 fruits, 2 starch, 1 dairy, 1 fat, 4 veggies

  • I am on purple also, & my plan changed.
  • I was on the purple w/ lites that I started on 4/1; then I was switched to plan 3 of the new "feel full" plan (or whatever it is that debuted in August). I gained and gained on it and so my COD switched me back to my old purple, where I have been (and continue to) lose approx. 2 per week. I do not know if they changed Purple once they put out the new program...I just know I'm back on my old purple plan (and have no plans to change until I go down to the "old gold" plan in about 15 pounds...Good luck to you, though!
  • I am repeating my post in this thread too. I agree with ccommer regarding the purple plan.

    First of all, Purple is the name of one of the menus under the "old" * plan, not the new Feel Full Plan; the new plans are numbered 1, 2, 3, etc.
    I believe the confusion is that when the numbered plans were introduced, some people on purple went to Plan 2 and some to Plan 3. The decision as to which plan was chosen was dependent on weight, height, other factors.
    On the monthly diary toward the top, it lists the number of the plan.

    * I used "old" plan because I don't know what else to call in. Truth be told, many centers are still using the green. gold, purple, blue, red, etc plans.
