I'm a 33 year old mom of 2 gorgeous girls ages 10 and 7. I'm 4 weeks into South Beach and have lost 20 lbs. I just took my first aerobic class last night and made it all the way to the end - inside I feel like a million bucks. Hoping that this forum keeps me motivated, is a place for me to vent and to help those who are on the same journey. Glad to be part of this.
