While I was getting dressed this morning, I noticed a slight bump in the middle of my chest. I felt around, wondering what it could be.

I discovered that it was my breastbone - it turns out that my upper abs are getting flatter and now I can see some ribcage definition (breastbone included).

What a surprise that was!

Now I'm waiting for my collar bones to say hello.

Don't you love those little non-scale victories.

I was completely shocked one day when I was laying on my side and discovered my hip bones were realy boney!

Yay for feeling bones underneath where the flab used to be!!! Congrats!!! What a wonderful feeling!! I am still waiting for my collorbones to make their appearance. I am starting to finally see some definition in my shoulders though. That is a great feeling. Keep up the good work and before you know it...you'll be making a long list of NSV's!!!! Oh...what a good idea. I'm going to start making a list of all of my nsv's!!
