    Believe it or not I walked to and back from the Y, jogged and did a muscle class this morning. Maybe that is why I am under a little time pressure.
  • I finally did some walking yesterday, but my weekdays have been really
    bad and sedentary most days. I've got a long appointment with myself
    at the gym for Saturday.

  • We were hiking yesterday, but it got cut short due to the weather! It started raining. Luckily we made it back to the car before it really poured.

    Jogged 2 miles, Walked 2 miles, 45 minutes of aqua with weights.

  • I had a belly dance class yesterday for an hour. We learned some new steps, so it was a tough time!
  • some walking friday. today (sat july 7)
    a basic (that means short) cardio + weight lifting
    workout at the
    gym. My babysitter for tomorrow jut canceled
    so dunno about the gym tomoorrow. Lisa

  • Sunday I got a babysitter and made it to the gym. This time I
    did a longer stretch of cardio exercise, but at lower intensity.
    Some weight lifting with legs, back, and obliques. Then some
    time in the steam room!
