I would say, no way, Jose'. Talk about a ripoff. My weight started to come off when I started in January exercising with nothing other than my body and the radio for several 8-10 minute spurts a day.
Walking, jogging, dancing, various cardio and leg exercises. Oh, and my old Total Body Trainer by Jake, which I think cost maybe a hundred dollars years ago, if even that much. Over the months, I've bought some items to enhance my exercises or add new things but they've been less than $30 each...wrist weights, resistance band, inflatable punching bag, stability ball. You don't need to spend a lot of money, or any money really, to get your heart pumping and your body in shape.
Seriously, with that price tag, that thing to me looks like the most outrageous blatant attempt to prey on people desperate to lose weight.
