My Mini NSV

  • Well, today marks the first day of my second week on this journey. My excersize goal for the first week was to workout 5 out of 7 days...and I did it! I feel so good and this morning I went on a walk/jog first thing in the morning to get my new week started off right!!

    YAY ME!!!
