I started dieting on Saturday, and I'd being doing some work around the house, laundry, cleaning and things like that. Parking away so I can walk to get somewhere, thats the only exercise I've being doing.
Why?, because someone told me not to do some hard work immediately,
I'm planning to start doing little cardio next week increasing minutes each day and then by go to a gym in sept...
That's ok??? or When is ok to start exercising?
I supposed to weight in next Saturday, I did peak on my scale at home and I'd loose few pounds...
