Breakfast Bread Pudding - 3 Points

4 slices white bread -- low calorie
2 tablespoons lowfat peanut butter
2 tablespoons 100% fruit spread -- spreadable fruit
1 package vanilla pudding mix -- inst., f & s free,

2 cups skim milk
1. Spread each slice of toast with 1 1/2 tsp. of both peanut butter and
spreadable fruit. Cut into small cubes. Evenly divide cubes in 4 dessert
dishes. 2. In a med. bowl , combine dry pudding mix,and skim milk. Mix
well. (using a wire whisk. Pour 1/2 cup pudding mixture over toast cubes
in each dish. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
