    I'll occasionally have a glass of chocolate milk or something when I'm craving it, and I like the light chocolate soy milk, but that's the only time I'll ever drink my calories.

    It's no wonder there are so many obese children today! This is one of the reasons I don't take my kids shopping with me.They see something like this and (at least with my youngest) it's all over with because I'm such a mean Mom.
