Well ladies, I really hate frozen food, i throw out more then i eat..... But these are meatless and with egg whites and are super good!!!!

Which flavor? I tried the Boca burgers and I just did not love them - but I am looking for a new breakfast item - so if you could recommend which flavor you think is best - I would like to give it a shot.
