Hi all,

I read a lot on this website and get a lot of encouragement from other postings, so I thought I would take time to share too.

The before pictures were from July and August of 2006 and the "progressing" pictures are from a few weeks ago.

I had husband take pictures in same clothes for after shot that I was wearing in before shots.

I have a long ways to go, baby steps,right?

that is a HUGE difference... what a difference 23 lbs can make! be proud of yourself, you've made awesome progress!
