Well looks like I better get even more luggage to fit all my SKINNY chickie friends inside and take them along for the ride!

Wow such hard work and not that much progress? I am feeling a big defeated - need to regroup. I definitely need to start using the treadmill again - but this cold (and now cough) have paralyzed me a bit - I guess I should not let this stand in my way!
