  • hi. i'm new here. new mom and ready to shed the extra weight.....well, i actually had some to start off with, but i'm ready to go!!! anyway, i'm a recent veggie turned vegan and just started the mcdougall plan, but could use some extra motivation in the exercise department. any help is GREATLY appreciated. thanks!!!
  • hey welcome! that is a beautiful baby you got there! as for the exercise department-starting off with cardio is a good way to start up your metabolism and get your heart going and work up to strength training. Do what you can and as you get comfortable try bringing the intensity up...also make sure you enjoy what you're doing, or it will be too much of a task to keep going. Good Luck! keep us updated!
