As of tonight when I weighed, I am officially down my first 10 pounds! It's amazing how much more energy I have, and how much better I can sleep, even with only 10 pounds gone!
My BMI is also down so 43, which is still crappy, but it's better than what I started at!
19 days and 10 pounds gone...I'll definitely take that!
Now someone should just motivate me to drink more water...
