I know I should probably post this in the faith section but since I am a regular on the beach I wanted to post it here.
I just got back from a meeting at work. Our boss has been very ill for years. Now she is in the I.C. unit at the hospital. It seems her recovery will take a very long time. At this time we are not sure how she will be able to function even after recovery.
In the meantime business must operate. So that's what the meeting was about. How do we continue in her absence. The great thing about my workplace is that they really do care about the employees. They are leaving the door open for her to come back, in hope that God performs a miracle. Most days she would come in sick and work. In fact she would have been there today if she wasn't in a hospital bed. She really loves working and I know did not want to quit even though her health was suffering.
For all you prayer warriors out there please mention Denise in your prayers.
