Default Fauxtini's Super Fierce Challenge Thread : 2009 edition!

Ok guys.. we gave this a go last winter.. I thought we should start again.. since it's not 2009! woot woot!!

This is a 'Challenge the person below you' thread!!

Here's the deal...

I will start by writing down one challenge. The first person to do this challenge responds to this post and ads a new challenge for the next person who signs on to do...

Example:
Fauxtini: I challenge the person below me to do 25 sit ups and 15 pushups!

Dixie: I did your challenge, Fauxtini! Now I challenge the person below me to do 30 lunges and 30 squats!

Get the drift, guys? Lets get it going.. and keep this challenge rolling! Good luck and have fun! be creative.. and feel free to post video links to things too to help out the person and motivate them to do your challenge!

Challenge #1!

I challenge the person below me to do dance their butt off to their favorite upbeat song! Shake it, ladies!! Have some fun and start the new year off with a big smile on your face!!

It's a proven fact that dancing to fun music will up your mood and get you smilin! It burns off tension and all that kind of stuff!

Hi all - mind if I join in?

Dixie - I did your challenge! Super easy when you have the Wii Fit and can step for 30 min while watching tv. :-) I even did 10 extra minutes of advanced step!

My challenge is to walk 2 miles.

Dixie: I did your challenge! I only did it once through though because I don't wanna wear myself out before my run tonite. 3 times! wow woman! you are like a drill sergeant! hahaha

I challenge the person below me to up the intensity level of their workout by 1 somehow. So.. do your regular workout and if you are on a machine.. up the incline, or speed by 1. If you are doing a freestyle workout.. push yourself just a BIT harder today! let usknow how it goes.

Up the intensity!
