Less of a Better Me
 

At the end of many of the WW meetings, I attend the leader says, "Be blessed. Be empowered. And, we'll see less of each other next week."

That always makes me smile. And, I really do want to see less of me next week. But, I want it to be less of a better me. I don't want to lose weight without also improving the rest of me. I want to be more fit. I want to eat healthier. I want to take better care of me. So, I started a blog to talk about all this:
