Edit:: Not using this blog anymore

Just thought I'd share in case anyone wanted to read or comment.
I'm currently on the Accu-weight loss diet and it's going great.

I am on Accuweight and have lost 30 lbs. Also, I'm an insulin pump diabetic and have cut my insulin dose in half.

I plan to be on the diet for another month or so, and then do transition!

I'm doing the accuweight program also. So far it's going better than I had expected. I don't feel hungry.

Do you guys workout? How's it going with your weight-loss?

I have to be honest, until now, I've never heard of the Accu-weight loss diet. It sounds really interesting from what I'm reading! How do you guys like it?
