I honestly don't mean this to be critical... hopefully helpful. But I think you really need to work on developing a more positive attitude. I certainly understand discouragement especially when we feel it is not working (and I think we all go through those times). However, several months ago someone posted a "slogan" which has been super for me.
"If you love the results, learn to love the process."
Not always easy... but it helps me tremendously to learn to ENJOY eating properly... healthful nutritious food... and exercise. To ENJOY -- even when it is hard and I have to remind myself -- exercise and to remember that I am doing good things for my body.
You DO have some positive stuff in your blog and that is great... but when you start thinking "everything seems to be working against me" perhaps you need to stop and refocus.
It is HARD sometimes... believe me, I know.
