Hello folks. I have recently decided to start a blog about my journey. It all began with my office deciding to host a Biggest Loser competition. It began on Friday 1/20/2012 so we are still in the first week. I definitely look forward to the competition, blogging about my journey, and reaching my goal! I hope you enjoy my blog.
