I'd like to share my new blog with everyone. I've just started it recently, so it's a little boring...but I plan on chronicling my upcoming India trip, my current juicing trial, and all sorts of random things.
It's called my fancy pantry because I love using spice and unusual ingredients to make "diet" food taste good. I have everything from fleur de sel and palm sugar to lavender buds and homemade preserves in my pantry. I also hope to eventually spotlight a "weird" ingredient and show people how to use it.
