Pound a Week blog
I started this personal diet blog after seeing the movie "Jules and Julia" -- I thought the idea of having a daily "practice" of keeping an online journal of my diet would be a great way to motivate myself, learn about dieting and fitness, and share the experience.
Well, it didn't take long for me to switch to once or twice a week posts, but the strategy IS working -- I lost 10 pounds my first month and I'm going strong. The blog REALLY helps keep me on track.
