Recording My Weight Loss Journey
 

I am a SAHM, homeschooling, daycare provider, Mom of 4 that is working to loose about 60lbs - AGAIN! Our youngest two children were both born within the last 3 years...I didn't take off all of what I gained with #3 before #4 came along.

I started journaling about a month ago and have it linked to my Face Book page. I have found the support from my family and friends invaluable! While it is semi-embarasing to have everyone I know reading about how I struggle with food, I have found the support worthwhile.
