I just wanted to post my new diet blog. I'll be starting the actual diet tomorrow!
I've tried many, many, many diets in the past, but now I'm trying something completely new--a combination of learning good eating habits with a commercial diet plan (in this case Nutrisystem's), and getting off my butt and exercising with the Nintendo Wii. I'm posting this not only to serve as motivation for me, but hopefully some of the tips can help others too. My goal is to lose about 25-50 pounds in a month.
All the blogs here are definitely inspiration for me...I hope mine will inspire others too!
