I've recently started a blog to keep myself motivated on my weight loss journey. I am not on any particular diet, i'm mainly eating smaller portions, avoiding unhealthy foods and started exercising on a regular basis. The blog details all of this, as well as other topics that are of interest to me.My main aim is to lose 8kgs and most important to tone my flabby body. However, I sometimes lack the motivation, and it would be very helpful to share this with others out there trying to shed those extra pound.
