Still getting the water in but not the exercise. I believe I exercised a total of 80 minutes this week. It was a nice start. My goals next week will be the same.

gg--The jury is out on how to say Norfolk. I know I don't say it correctly. My pronounciation of some words is funny to people. I refuse to say "eyebrow" out loud because it sounds like "eyebra"
