for the first couple of weeks, the requirements are similar - each type of surgery involves some serious cutting of the stomach [except for the lapband, but even that is an irritant for awhile]....

KO: i think that's up to you. i did very well with a 1-pound container of cottage cheese. it lasted more than a week. about 2 tablespoons at a time.

as for the baby food, i managed to NOT eat any...

first, right after surgery, be sure to follow your doc's program, even if all of us think it doesn't make sense...
