I just go by what e-tools tells me...

tonite the chicken breast i posted said 2 1/2 oz was 2.5 points.

i guess it depends on the type of chicken i put in.

i eat whole foods so while 3 oz of chicken...

so while 3 oz of chicken breast may have only 2 points and 4 oz of salmon may have 4 points, I eat both.

I eat a lot of veggies low fat dairy, whole grains and healthy...
