Checking back in. Today I'm 173.6 I took off some time and readjusted some things. At first my goal was to lose as much as possible as quickly as possible. Now I'm happy with about a lb a week.

Today I weighed in at 174.6 No clue how I managed to lose. I had company all weekend and ate all sorts of stuff. But I'll take it. It puts me at 52 lbs lost with 20 to go.
