thanks ruth ann for your input---i never thought of that---the "clinic" that i started with just changed coaches and my new coach is just getting started--she has never dealt with a vegetarian...

i am thinking of using a fourth packet of ip protein for dinner---as a vegetarian with texture issues i am having a hard time getting through a dinner---the rest of the day i am fine.

my first week i lost 15lbs--2nd week lost...

my first week i lost 15lbs--2nd week lost 5lbs---third gain 4lbs (didn't go off program, but was away for a week and it was hard to get all the veggies in) and 4th week lost 2lbs. i have lost a lot...
