I hear you!! I add extra water to the puddings and do them in the blender. Makes more of a less sweet, mousse-like consistency instead. Still sets up just fine. Also found some walden farms...

That's a decision you'll need to make I guess.. I'm finding the last 20 lbs MUCH slower coming off than the first 50. If your losses have been steady ...and you add this, it's like eating another...

Hmm...that's nearly half the calories ..more than half the carbs and less than a third the protein of an IP food. (since many are actually under 100 calories) I would be wary of upsetting the daily...
