Hello, seems like every body is doing good here.. Im down to 156 for now. I did fell off the wagon one night when my work had lamb and lobster for dinner. Other then that ive been doing pretty good....

Aw so sorry for ur loss. I lost my 4 month old puppy to Parvo last yr and it was super hard i cant imagine how hard it would have been if i had her longer then that.
