I've been off the wagon... majorly. DH went away...

I've been off the wagon... majorly. DH went away for a business trip, and I almost always eat junk that we don't normally buy when he is away.
I am planning on starting on the Ideal Protein program...

Week 1- Sep 02: 160.8 lbs
Week 2- Sep 09: 158.4 lbs (-2.4 lb loss this week, 2.4 lbs total)...

Hi all,
I didn't eat all that great this week, so I'm satisfied with a .4 loss this week. The darn scale has been stuck at 158.0 for 6 days! Maybe I should do something about that to make it go...
