Still making progress! Going out to eat with friends today. I think they have a really good spinach / grilled chicken salad where we're going. At any rate, I am determined to make a healthy choice....

I'd like to lose another 2 inches off my hips. A few weeks ago I was at 52", I'm at 51.75" now, Goal: 50".
