I was told that it is important to take the supplements before a meal so if I missed them to take them before a later snack so I still got them in....

That's a great question! So far, the only people that know I am on HM are my husband and kids and 2 close friends. Then there are a few ohers that know I am "doing something" but not the specifics....

Not bad! I am closing in on 40 pounds (2.4 to go!!) so I hope to get there this week.
