Hey everyone! I was down another .2 lbs this morning, even though I had Dominos pizza last night!! I was so shocked. I've lost 1.8 lbs since Monday. I think this is the most I've lost in one week...

I need to just stay OP with eating, and not give into temptations when everyone around me gets fast food. I've been staying OP with exercise, I just need to get my body to stop wanting fried foods.
