not necessarily 70s dixco just all kinds of music from that era. i also will play 60s music too cuz it just makes me feel so good the time flies by on my treadmill!

Zelma.. i realized we are alot of like in alot of ways.. i started out hating my treadmill but now i find i enjoy it very much... it is such a nice private way to get exercise... i put on my music...

if you have a Dollar General store around there you can get great deals on oatmeal and other goods. i go there a lot for stuff its cheaper than the grocery store!

i bought a good one from target.. it has a raised readout platform for easy reading. it was about 80 bucks.but it has a 10 year warranty on it too.
