Finally hit the 10lb mark. I am down to 188...and happy to get out of the 190's...I hit a plateau for about a week and thought that I would never see the 180's.

Just weighed in last night and lost the pound that I gained over the weekend. So far I've lost a total of 8 pounds....ahead of schedule.
