Slimfast

Anyone use the slim fast shakes instead of the LA Weight loss shakes? I had one this morning....just wondering what I should count it as.

I've been On plan since june...but just started...

I've been On plan since june...but just started back up again...going away on a trip in Dec...so they figure if I stick to plan I can lose like 20 to 25 lbs...I leave Dec 18...so we'll see!
