I'm not sure when it happened for me cause from 27-32 I let my healthy eating and exercising take a back burner in my life but when I went back I noticed. lol I'm just glad I always heard about it...

I was here years ago. Fell off the bandwagon after dropping a ton of weight. Gain a little bit of it back. Life, it has a way of going crazy for few years at a time....
