:congrat: don't let the working out thing get you down! I couldnt work out because of a surgery and I lost weight just dieting! I'm about to start working out again you can do it! :carrot:

I have the same problem. I always gain a few pounds after a sodium packed meal. I always avoid the scale for a few days afterwards and drink tons of water. Its too discouraging if I don't.
