Good News

IO just found out a few days ago that most of my heart fluttering is due to anxiety so i am now able to step up the working out which means more weight lost...im happy that i can do more now! :carrot:

Before at 242 i was wearing a size 22 now, 33 pounds later i fit nicely into a 20...i was hoping to see more noticeable results but i just have a terrible body shape i guess
