out of everything I brought, a cotton, borrowed bathrobe was the best thing. It was easy to drape over my shoulders while walking and i used it to drape over my legs when I felt too exposed at times....

I had the sleeve done, so dumping isn't as common nor as intense. But I've dumped a couple times. It doesn't feel like the stomach bug to me. It feels closer to how I've felt before I've passed out....

Try and bring work food that you're excited about, even if that means you eat more at lunch/ during the day and less for dinner.

I find it so much easier to ignore bad food if i'm excited about...
