Just eat 6 times a day, 3 meals and 3 snacks, and drink plenty of water....and you'll be fine..just make sure it healthy meals and snacks..

if you donot have time you can find a protein bar...
if you donot have time you can find a protein bar you like for a good on to go meal..or have all your meals prepared for the day that way you can just eat it real quick and be done with it
