Help. I'm on SBD again after a year off it (started, lost 20 lbs, went on vacation, then the holidays hit, yada yada yada). So, I gained the 20 lbs back and am now back on SBD. I've been on it this time for 5 days and I've lost 5 lbs already.
I need an alternative/substitute for BREAD. I never realize how much I use bread until I go back to changing my eating habits with SBD.
I've heard that you can use chickpeas, mash them, and make crackers or something like it, but what are the actual directions? Also, wouldn't it make sense that you could make black bean crackers/tortilla shells?
I just need something to have with meals when everyone else in the house is having bread (it gets wet because I drool over it...). ;-)
